Archival Box - Shoe Box Storage

Acid and lignin-free shoe box size storage box provides convenient, long-term storage of baby shoes, photos, sports cards, newspaper clippings and other collectibles.  With reinforced corners, these boxes are solid and secure units that resist dust, dirt, and light infiltration.  The board used to make this box is manufactured to United States National Archives and Records Administration's specifications.  The pH is not less than 8.5 nor more than 10.2.  It is sulfur free with a minimum 3% calcium carbonate buffer.  The sheets are 60 point caliper made from fully bleached, alpha cellulose pulp. It is free of lignin, ground wood, waxes, plasticizers, reducible sulfur, oxidizing chemicals and potentially harmful non-cellulose.  It is free of metal particles with a maximum 30 ppm Fe and .7ppm Cu.  NOTE: Do not use to store animal based fabrics such as silk, leather or wool
