If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date (handling and shipping charges are not refundable)**. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return in order that we may serve you better in the future.
** Opened software is non-refundable, but will be replaced if defective. Bound family histories are also nonrefundable, but defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired if possible, or re-bound if needed, at no cost to you.
